Bio-based compounds

Our innovative polyamides, including BADAGREEN PA11, PA510, PA56 and PA610, are made from castor oil and offer impressive overall technical performance. By using sustainable sources, we reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and significantly reduce our carbon footprint.

These bio-based compounds are not only versatile, ranging from automotive to medical technology, but also offer excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance. Our BADAGREEN PA510 even enables a high surface quality that guarantees Class A surfaces in the automotive sector.

The use of castor oil is also not in competition with foodstuffs, which makes this material particularly sustainable. In collaboration with CARBONIT Filtertechnik GmbH, we have developed BADAGREEN PA11 WL, which is suitable for applications in direct contact with drinking water and has been successfully tested in accordance with DIN EN 16421.
