Tribology is crucial for many technical applications where friction and wear influence the efficiency and service life of components. At Bada, we develop materials that are optimally adapted to these challenges. Our plastics offer special tribological properties, such as reduced friction and increased wear protection, to ensure consistent performance even under extreme conditions.
Whether gear wheels, plain bearings or other moving components – our tailor-made compounds can be used in demanding applications in areas such as mechanical engineering, automotive and electronics.
In addition to our tribologically optimized compounds, we also offer PFAS-free materials without PTFE. PTFE, a commonly used fluoropolymer, could be affected by EU bans in the future – many of our customers are therefore already looking for alternatives.
