Badadur PBT compounds are semi-crystalline polyester materials. This product group is characterised by very good mechanical properties, high heat resistance and low water absorption. This low water absorption means that the mechanical and electrical properties are largely independent of the moisture content or the climatic conditions of use, which is particularly important for safety-relevant components.Badadur PBT can be modified in many ways, e.g. with reinforcing materials, impact modifiers or flame retardants.
