Badaflex TPE-S are thermoplastic elastomers based on styrene block copolymers. They combine the excellent processing properties of thermoplastics with the elastomer properties of rubber. Particularly noteworthy are properties such as a pleasant feel, high toughness, elasticity and low-temperature flexibility (down to -50 °C) as well as very good ozone and weathering resistance.The entire product group is available in both coloured and transparent versions.Badaflex compounds can be varied in hardness over a wide range from Shore 10A to 60D. Heat-resistant, flame-retardant and odour-reduced compounds as well as modifications with regard to surface, demoulding and flow properties can also be adjusted according to customer requirements. Our strength lies above all in specially developed grades for 2K processing: here we achieve particularly good adhesion properties on various hard components.
