The Badalon product group consists of thermoplastics based on polycarbonate.Badalon is characterised by outstanding, almost glass-like transparency combined with high impact strength. Due to its amorphous character, Badalon PC has very low shrinkage values, which result in high dimensional accuracy and such good dimensional stability on the component that very tight tolerances can be maintained. In addition to the mechanical, optical and dimensional advantages, Badalon PC is a very good electrical insulator, which opens up a wide range of applications in the electrical sector as well as in the automotive, household and mechanical engineering sectors.
