Badadur PBT compounds are partially crystalline polyester materials. This product group stands out for its high dimensional stability under heat and its low hygroscopicity. This low hygroscopicity makes the mechanical and electrical properties largely independent of the moisture content or climatic application conditions, which is particularly important for safety critical components.Badadur PBT can be modified in a variety of ways, e.g. by reinforcements, impact modifiers or flame retardants.
