Badamid A son materiales a base de PA6.6. El punto de fusión se sitúa en los 262 °C. Además de una alta resistencia al calor, la poliamida 6.6 se caracteriza por su gran dureza, resistencia a la abrasión y rigidez. Se utiliza a menudo en la construcción de maquinaria y vehículos que van a ser sometidos a grandes esfuerzos mecánicos y térmicos.
